Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. No justification is required — tell us it wasn't right for you and we will approve it.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with, or
• Email us at jdvirt@kickbackcity.com with your order reference and we will arrange it for you.

Once a refund is approved, Pro access on the associated account reverts to the free plan at the next check. Files you have already converted and downloaded remain yours to keep and use.

Paddle's own refund policy applies in addition to this one, and nothing here limits your statutory rights.
