Conversion happens entirely in your browser. We never upload, store or inspect the audio files, folder names or sample packs you process. Only the number of files you convert is recorded, so we can apply the free-plan monthly allowance.

• Email address and login credentials — to create and secure your account, and to contact you about your purchase. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Conversion counts (a number per calendar month) — to enforce free-plan limits and Pro entitlement. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Purchase records (payment provider transaction and customer identifiers, product purchased) — to grant and maintain Pro access. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legal obligation.
• Technical data (IP address, device and browser information, error logs) — for security, fraud prevention and fixing faults. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure, working service.

If you sign in with Google, we receive only your email address and account identifier from Google.

• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of the product, payment processing, invoicing and tax compliance. Paddle collects payment details directly; we never see your card data.
• Hosting and database providers that run the application and store account records on our behalf.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) and authorities, where required by law.

We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.

Account and usage data are kept while your account is active. Purchase records are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. When data is no longer needed it is deleted or anonymised. You can request deletion of your account at any time by emailing jdvirt@kickbackcity.com.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, to object to processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your data protection authority. To exercise any of these, email jdvirt@kickbackcity.com — we respond within one month.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, hashed credentials and row-level access controls that prevent one account from reading another's data.

We use strictly necessary cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in and to run the checkout. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies. You can clear this storage in your browser at any time, which signs you out.
